Extraordinary Leadership is the first step towards preventing and ending workplace bullying. So what does it take to be an extraordinary leader???

Extraordinary leaders have the business savvy to look within themselves to see what improvements they need to make in themselves.  Leadership works from the top down and there is no way to prevent bullying and workplace harassment if it doesn’t stop from the top. More importantly it had to be a priority from the top as well.
