Traciana Graves – America’s Leading Bully Prevention Strategist
Founder, “Bully Proof Diva: How to Be Bold, Brilliant, and Bully Proof at Work and in Life”
Traciana, a native New Yorker, who resided half of her life in France, is the founder of the multilingual platforms BullyProofDiva.com and BullyProofWorkplace.com. On the sites, she curates content that is dedicated to equipping her audience with tangible tools to TRANSFORM the way they relate to themselves, their loved ones, and their workplace colleagues.
After being bullied herself for 15 years, and even losing her stepbrother in a horrific hazing incident, Traciana Graves suffered the effects of being victimized and silenced. But with the help of her mentors, she reclaimed her personal identity and her voice, which led to a career touring the world as a songwriter and background vocalist for artists such as Celine Dion and six-time Grammy award-winning Steel Pulse. She studied at the Sorbonne and graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in languages and international studies, and went on to earn a degree in organizational coaching from NYU.
Traciana’s insights are regularly featured in the media, including Fox Business, Working Mother, and AOL. In addition, she was voted “America’s Most Fearless Woman” by the Huffington Post.
“With only a few words, using your unique voice,
